Now. Those of you who know of the typing style of a certain drama shark  that got banned from FA will immeditately notice the style in which this is written :P

But I got a bit more proof this time, and for once I won’t blackmarker that. The originating IP of this comment is 189.26.37.196 - which just happens to be in Brazil. >3>  The ISP is ‘Global Village Telecom’.

I have three previous IP addresses of the suspect - which were 177.132.81.98 and 186.212.217.154 and 189.26.26.115  - all of which are registered for the same ISP, in the same region. All in Brazil.
You can verify that this is true by checking those IPs up on this website here by yourself if you wish.

But to address the accusations


Let’s take a look at the previous commissions I got and if there were unhappy customers.

We shall begin a month ago - I did a pic for Serandite of his character. He was quite satisfied with it. After that I did a stylized commish for Ryxer, who also liked it a ton. After that the Spawn R34 for VishEel, since I talk to him plenty I would know if he’d have been unhappy :P
Followed by a regular commish for Mr. SnakeHead Xeno Guy, who loved it. Followed by Tagg’s sexy commish - obviously he liked it :P. Followed by the sketchcommish for Dramon, who liked it. Then a sketchcommish for Mr. Vox who loved it to death. Another R34 pic for VishGuy, who liked it. One Sketchcommish for Chapu, who liked that as well.

Leaves only ONE recent sketchcommish, which coincidentially is showing a shark with only ONE DICK, and that was made for Mr. Akula.

Akula is happy with that sketchcommish, too, I just inquired so via mail. You may ask him if that is true if my trustworthyness is disputed.
WHICH RULES OUT YOUR INITIAL CLAIM, ‘ANONYMOUS’ COMMENTER. IT’S A BLUNT LIE BASED ON PERSONAL PREFERENCE.

I am currently working on M██ the S███’s gift piece, and then will proceed to making a piece for S███, so I will be working on your and T██’s gift piece next week, and finish it either on next Wednesday or Friday. I will be sending all references sketches to you to use in any matter you please. I also will be working on others’ projects after yours, which will be for L███ M███, R█████, I███y, K████ and N██████. Also, I don’t have much knowledge using Photoshop CS6 for making digital art pieces, but I will do my best to give you a satisfying piece.

That is a quite elaborate undertaking you’re putting onto your own shoulders. :P
There is however a strict no-pr0n policy regarding my currently used character version. I didn’t copypaste that onto my Sofurry profile yet (the level of activity there didn’t justify that until this point), BUT I’ll do that now to prevent confusion in the future!

I appreciate the offer, but I’ll decline it. I don’t want to get any gift-art drawn. Not like this, not from you. :]

I am not sure about your motivations for doing this, though I have a few ideas.
Your approach of selling your idea is over the top - very disproportionate to your current popularity or level of technical finesse. This is diminishing the respect that people could have for you - or at least artists who know the stony road that one has to travel to achieve anything.
Ego and art should never meet; you need to keep them separate.

So again thanks, but no thanks, and I honestly wish you success in reaching your goals!

I apologize for responding so late. I appreciate that you notified me about obtaining permission for the use of your permission. I would to ask if I can use your character/fursona for a different purpose, maybe sexual suggestive themes such as groping, teasing, or other erotic suggestive gestures. Or how about a nice, clean romance between your character and my mine, such as kiss scene? I just wanted to know if there is anyway to use your character and mine, since I am inspired to create some piece with your character, then receive feedback on that work if it was successful in regards to aesthetic values such as anatomically correct proportions. It might be a good way to connect with other artist and people on the artist social networks such as sofurry.com, and perhaps inspire others to create similar works. I had no intentions of using the projects as sales pitch, but if it does, it is added bonus. And there no way ego cannot be separated from art, because art is artist’s perception or identity expressed to the public. Also, ego is the Latin word meaning “I” or, in English, “identity” or “self”. Anyways, please consider if I can use your character for a different purpose other than pr0n, but remaining on the topic of “romance” or “lovey-dovey”.

Well, thank you for at least telling me about not using your character in any matter or situation. I wanted to avoid any kind of legal situations or copyright issues. I will respect your decision. I also will say that only this is a gift to you, which means only your eyes and your own discretion to either post or keep to yourself. I told every person I doing a gift project that I leave to them if they want me to post the final piece on my page, their page, or they keep it to themselves. I doing this out of respect and being inspired by your and the other’s works and characters. I didn’t consider that if I post a famous fursona/character, that it would boost my popularity, but I had no or little popularity to begin with. I appreciate it that I was told that it cannot be used in any sexual acts, but it was a little rude to consider my motivation being with increase popularity and self-advertising.

Anyways, I know now never to consider using any of your character in any artistic manner. I thank you for responding to my request to give you a GIFT, but I know better than to do with someone who assumes I have some ulterior motives for creating GIFT art pieces.

Very well. For 99.9% of my drawn stuff I am just using Paint Tool Sai ( http://www.systemax.jp/en/sai/ ), finishing touches (mainly just adding text or cropping and saving out as jpeg) are done in Photoshop, but you could replace that with any other image editor really. Glad you like my stuff though :B Don’t forget to prioritise learning proper anatomy. The tools are just tools, it’s about what knowledge backs you up when using them that matters. :P
